How Our Hiring Process Works
Our recruitment process is designed to provide structured application review, appropriate departmental participation, and clear communication with candidates. The stages below describe our planned process; individual positions may vary.
1 Explore Opportunities
Review published positions, department information, job responsibilities, qualifications, and work arrangements before applying.
2 Submit Your Application
Complete the secure employment application with your contact information, work experience, qualifications, availability, and resume. Existing MFAH members may provide their Member ID. Applicants without an MFAH account may also apply.
3 Human Resources Screening
Authorized Human Resources personnel review submissions for completeness and relevant qualifications. Applications may then be referred to the appropriate department.
4 Department Review
Authorized department representatives may review relevant application information to determine whether an interview should be offered.
5 Interview Invitation
Selected candidates may receive an invitation by email or, where permitted and consented to, text message. Invitations will include scheduling information and instructions for participating.
6 MFAH Video Messenger Interview
When enabled, virtual interviews may take place through MFAH Video Messenger with authorized interview panel members from Human Resources and relevant departments. Candidates will receive secure joining instructions.
7 Evaluation and Decision
Interview panel members may submit confidential evaluations. Authorized hiring personnel review the feedback and determine next steps.
8 Employment Offer
Selected candidates may receive a formal offer specifying the position, compensation terms where applicable, and proposed start date. Offers remain subject to required approvals.
9 Onboarding
After acceptance and required verification, new employees proceed through onboarding and receive appropriate employee credentials and role-based access.
Applicant Privacy and Communication
Application materials are intended for authorized recruitment personnel. MFAH Member IDs must be verified before linking an application to an existing account. Text notifications require appropriate consent. Application submission does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.
